Mezioborová spolupráce v koordinované rehabilitaci pohledem dvou oborů: sociální práce a fyzioterapie
ZEMAN, Jaroslav
The coordinated rehabilitation approach is considered to be an expected approach to the patient who, among other things, fulfills fundamental human rights. Coordinated rehabilitation is a demanding process that places great demands on interdisciplinary cooperation. Social workers and physiotherapists often contact the client / patient earlier as part of a coordinated rehabilitation. In the theoretical part, this work describes the current state, tries to reflect the challenges of today, further clarifies physiotherapy and social work, how these fields are understood in the Czech Republic in the early 21st century. , also the benefits and obstacles of coordinated rehabilitation. Practical part. The research question of the thesis is whether coordinated rehabilitation is used in the practice of social work and physiotherapy. It compares views of social work and physiotherapy. Using the grounded method (GTM), the phenomenon gradually appears in the work, when on the one hand social workers and physiotherapists see the benefits and possibilities of coordinated rehabilitation, on the other hand the description of practical use of KR does not correspond to the theoretical anchoring of KR. Thus, the work further deepens the knowledge and tries to understand this phenomenon more, chooses subjective obstacles, which he describes in more detail according to the research. In the discussion, the works need possible connections between motivation and philosophical conception of a person to cooperate in a coordinated rehabilitation. Answers research questions. It compares how the views of physiotherapy and social work differ and discusses the results with current professional literature. I summarize everything in the end of the work.

A significant part is devoted to hippotherapy itself, which is crucial for this work. It describes the members of the hipporehabilitation team, the course of hippotherapy, possible indications and contraindications, among other criteria that are important for choosing a suitable horse. The last chapter focuses on coordinated rehabilitation and its individual means. In the empirical part, the legal guardians of selected children were interviewed through semi-structured interviews. The information found on the process and benefits of hippotherapy was written down into individual case studies. The collected data from the practical part confirmed the complexity and effectiveness of hippotherapy as a treatment method. This bachelor thesis can be helpful to students, but also to the general public to easier orientation and understanding of hipporehabilitation, subsequently hippotherapy.

Research shows that Intergenerational Solidarity has its role in the lives of the families with disabled kids. The extent of this importance is affected by many individual factors. Intergenerational Solidarity is primarily important in emotional and technical assistance. These fields can significantly help to improve life of whole family. Also, it was discovered that Intergenerational Solidarity might be one of the crucial factors that help to decide if the kids will be places in special needs facilities in a long term. But it emerged that not always parents see an avoidance of an institutional care as the best for their kid. The results of the research could be used to to raise an awareness among people that are close to the family that even a little help from them can play a great importance for the family.
Animal Assisted Activity and Therapy in the Context of Coordinated Rehabilitation
POLENOVÁ, Dana
The diploma thesis is concerned with the provision of animal-assisted activities and therapies for children with disabilities within the social services in the South Bohemian region. The diploma thesis aims to investigate the mode of providing animal-assisted activities and therapies from the point of view of workers who perform zootherapy in the social services organizations. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part deals with zootherapy in the context of coordinated rehabilitation and the very definition of zootherapy. Methods, forms and organizations that deal with zootherapy are summarized. Furthermore, the most common types of zootherapy are listed. The practical part presents the research component of the issue, aimed to answer the main research question: How are animal-assisted activities and therapies provided? Qualitative research was used, carried out using the method of questioning and the technique of semi-structured interview. The research group consisted of 7 informants, who were selected through intentional selection and purposeful selection technique. The results were processed by data analysis using grounded theory. According to research, the most used methods in social services are animal-assisted activities and animal-assisted therapy, especially canistherapy and hyporehabilitation. Activities and therapy run through entirely different courses. The activities are mainly educational and motivational in character and they have a psychological effect. The therapy focuses primarily on the physiology. According to the research, zootherapy has a unique position and application in the system of coordinated rehabilitation. The contribution of the diploma thesis lies in the integrity of the topic and its inclusion in the topic of coordinated rehabilitation, which is currently an important element in health and social care. The result of the research part can also motivate other workers and organizations in the social and health field to involve zootherapy in their sphere of work.
Early care in the light of coordinated rehabilitation
HAVLOVÁ, Jana
Early care is a field social service, which provides necessary help and support to parents with a handicapped child. It offers the family many options and, besides other things, valuable advice about the correct early care of a child with a disability. Early care is very important and it needs to be provided within a multidisciplinary team of experts. Nevertheless, cooperation with doctors and with especially paediatricians is not ideal and sometimes, unfortunately, not even real.Qualitative research was chosen to achieve the aims of this diploma thesis. As a method of data collection, the method of questioning was chosen, which took place with individual informants using semi-structured interviews. The data were processed by the technique of grounded theory using three-step coding and determination of grounded statements. The data, which complements the whole empirical part of the diploma thesis, were graphically represented in the ATLAS.ti software programme. The analysis of the data revealed that early care workers consider cooperation in coordinated rehabilitation to be an important part of their professional activities. The results revealed that there are a total of seven early care providers in the South Bohemian Region who have different experiences of cooperation with individual professionals, doctors, and paediatricians. The biggest problem of early care is a difficult establishment of cooperation with paediatricians, who do not refer their patients' parents to the use of early care services. On the contrary, some early care workers revealed that there are also collaborations with medics that are very good and beneficial. Within the bounds of coordinated rehabilitation, early care also cooperates with other entities with which they have very well-established cooperation. This diploma thesis may serve as an informative material not only for early care providers but also for the paediatricians themselves, other health professionals, professionals, or other entities.
Coordinated Rehabilitation in the Nursing Home
ZATLOUKALOVÁ, Taťána
The diploma thesis deals with the use of coordinated rehabilitation in a nursing home. The main goal of the thesis was to find out the possibilities and limits of providing coordinated rehabilitation in a nursing home from the perspective of members of a multidisciplinary team. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic concepts were defined. In the practical part, the main research question was answered: How do the members of the multidisciplinary team perceive the provision of coordinated rehabilitation in a nursing home? A qualitative research strategy, a questioning method and a semi-structured interview technique were chosen for the research survey. Data analysis was performed using elements of grounded theory. The research set consisting of 8 informants was selected through intentional selection and purposeful sampling. The research showed that the interviewed social workers are aware of coordinated rehabilitation, in contrast to the health and care workers, who perceive it only as medical rehabilitation. After clarifying the concept, these workers were also able to name and classify activities into individual components of coordinated rehabilitation. The research shows that informants perceive the improvement of care, provision of comprehensive care, effective cooperation of a multidisciplinary team, transmission of complete information about clients, provision of experts, education and expansion of the range of activities and therapies as possibilities for providing coordinated rehabilitation. As limits of the provision of coordinated rehabilitation, informants perceive the absence of legislative definition, which causes the lack of information about this concept, lack of funds and methodological procedures for coordinated rehabilitation, reluctance to cooperate, employee overload, lack of time and professional staff. The results of the research will serve as a basis for improving the quality of care provided using the concept of coordinated rehabilitation in a selected nursing home.
